NCT House Teams
See some of NCT's most experienced workshop graduates take the stage on the first two Thursdays of every month.
NCT's six House Teams are made up of advanced graduates of National Comedy Theatre's improv training program, performing in ensembles of four to six players. On each House Team night, three teams take the stage, each bringing its own style, format and approach to completely improvised comedy.
Each of NCT's six House Teams has developed its own approach to improv. On any given House Team night, three teams perform over approximately 75 minutes, creating scenes, characters and stories entirely in the moment.
Different performers, different formats and different audience suggestions mean the show changes every time.
House Teams are also an important part of NCT's performer development program, giving accomplished graduates of our classes the opportunity to continue developing their ensemble skills while performing regularly for a live audience.
